The staff is amazing and truly cares about the well being of their tenants I have never wanted to stay in a place more than a year until here. I will be transferring to my new loft next month and am thrilled to live here another year

RP web Portal is poorly designed.
The customer interface is Not intuitive and difficult to use.
Seems to include everything and the kitchen sink, but not organized.
Suggest better group tasking into descriptive Tabs.
Example Dashboard Task Groups -
Lease Renewal containing all associated links.
Home Page with most used Tasks Grouped on Startup Page.
Also Blind Alley tasks - You can complete part of a task, but not all.

The move in to my apartment was good and so far I'm enjoying my stay and living conditions. I've met some friendly people and excited to be living here.

|Recommended: YesPartially Handicap Accessible — Great community, maintenance is amazing and FAST internal structures are beautiful, with multiple elevators. The external handicap accessibility is partial, none of the external doors have Handicap openers, the pool does not have a zero grade entrance, and the handicap apparatus for the pool does not always work. The designated handicap parking that is near a handicap entrance ramp is VERY LIMITED, and often non-handicap people are parked in the ones that are available. A physical tour is highly recommended for those who may need these accommodations.
Hi Natasha, first we are so happy that you enjoy your home at The Lofts at White Furniture. We understand some of your observations, especially about the door access. Because our exterior doors require key fob access, they are not set up to have the push button openers. We are adding several handicap parking spaces throughout the parking lot in hopes this will offer more convenience for those who may need them. We are monitoring parking, and encourage you to report any vehicles that are parked illegally to our office. Also, the pool lift chair is maintained regularly. If you find that it is not working, please let us know as soon as possible. Our maintenance team is fast at responding to all issues, as you mentioned. Thankyou for your feedback!

Love it here. The office staff have been so very helpful from the time I started looking for a loft until my move in. I couldn’t be happier.

All info listed online is clear as day and everything was really easy in terms of moving forward and staff was extremely helpful with everything.

|Recommended: YesEasy Transition To Apartment Life — Our family needed a place to live while we built our home. We had been dreading the transition from home to a small apartment life. We worried we wouldn’t be able to make it feel like home while we were in this transition period. We found out, however, that the property staff were eager to help and the other residents were welcoming. It has been a much easier transition than anticipated. We are thankful to have the opportunity to live in some of Mebane’s history for a short period.
